Vine Connect started as a conversation in the street
Soon that conversation grew and turned our home into a place the community felt they could
meet. Eventually it got so big that we had to start running official ‘drop-ins’ elsewhere in the
area.
For the last 15 years David has worked on the frontline with vulnerable young people and adults in gangs, prisons, communities, the care system and most recently as a Youth and Community Consultant that specialise in gangs work. David’s motivation is transforming communities and society at large through the work he does with young people and families.
Esana has over 10 years experience of working within the charity sector in project management and communication roles. She is also studying to become a Psychotherapist and Coach. Esana is passionate about recognising the potential in people, and developing that potential.
